Strategic Planning
- Power 10 employs an approach to strategic plan development that is distinct from most offerings in the market place. Much as we do in our capital campaigns, we engage volunteer leaders and staff strategically, we make excellent use of their time, and we produce a final product 2-3 times faster than others. We will be happy to discuss details upon request and find a planning solution that is a great fit for you.
- Of note, our style is both facilitative and prescriptive. We facilitate the discussion, ask probing questions, drive critical thinking, and encourage thorough analysis – all to ensure that we pull the best input out of our client leaders so that the final plan is a clear expression of their collective intent. We also incorporate our experience with chambers of commerce, economic development organizations and non-profits of ALL TYPES and, as appropriate, we suggest specific strategies, accountability measures, and other content needed to create the best plan possible customized for our specific client’s situation.
Economic Impact Analysis
- In our experience, funding prospects find very appealing the “hard science” of economic impact analysis. They are interested in the “return” on their potential investment. Accordingly, when appropriate, we like to conduct economic impact analysis of our client’s program before moving into a campaign’s solicitation phase.
Nonprofit Startup
- Power 10 assists clients with incorporation, preparation of the IRS application for nonprofit status, and related services identified elsewhere on this page – strategic plan and fundraising strategy development, etc.
Public / Private Partnership Development
- Power 10 has extensive experience working toward and implementing public / private partnerships to accomplish important community projects. From economic development initiatives to public libraries and parks, we have the experience to help you pull your community together in efficient fashion.
Executive Search
- Power 10 staff have the everyday opportunity to interact with many colleagues throughout the nonprofit industry. This first-hand knowledge is very helpful in conducting executive searches on behalf of client organizations.
